Refund policy

Return Period:
Ukraine — within 7 days from the date of receiving the order
Europe and the USA — within 7 days from the date of delivery

Return Conditions:
We accept returns if:

• the item has not been used

• the original condition and packaging are preserved

• all tags and labels are intact

• there are no signs of wear, washing, or damage

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these requirements.

Return Process:

• Contact us via email or through the website form

• Provide your order number and the reason for return

• Receive instructions for shipping the item

• Send the item to the specified address

Shipping Costs:
Ukraine — return shipping is paid by the customer (if the item is of proper quality)
Europe and the USA — return shipping costs are covered by the customer

Refunds:

• Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected

• Processing time: up to 5 business days

• Funds are returned to the original payment method

• Please note: the time it takes for funds to be credited depends on your bank or payment system

Exchanges:
We can offer an exchange for a different size or item, subject to availability.
